Hello doctor my son who is 3 years and 10 month old weighs 16.9 kg is suffering from fever 103.4 since last three days he is also not eating anything and having vomiting like sensation when food or medicine is taken to him.there were no bacteria reported in urine report. Today doctor gave him taxim dry syrup and after giving him a single dose (and also 6 ml of calpol) he had stuffy nose all this night couldn t sleep because of this...what could be the reason for fever.. first two days fever frequency was every 4 to 5 hours after calpol and since yesterday fevers frequency is 8 hours after calpol...kindly help he is not eating anything except medicines..
